Terms of Service
Last updated: July 14, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Videosly.ai website, software, applications, AI features, integrations, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is operated by Strontium Corp, doing business as Videosly.ai ("Videosly," "we," "us," or "our").
By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our
Privacy Policy, and our AI Content and Results Disclaimer.
If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Important: Your purchase may include a 30-day money-back guarantee when stated on the checkout or sales page. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer protection law.
1. Eligibility and Authority
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. If you use the Service for a company, client, or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity and to upload or process content on its behalf.
2. Accounts and Security
You must provide accurate account information and keep it current. You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for activity under your account. Unless your plan expressly permits team access, accounts are for one registered user and may not be sold, shared, transferred, sublicensed, or rented.
Notify us promptly at support@videosly.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Plans, Limits, and Fair Use
Features, video length, connected-account limits, rendering limits, voice libraries, scheduling tools, and other entitlements depend on the plan purchased. The plan description shown at checkout forms part of these Terms.
References to "unlimited" mean that no fixed ordinary daily quantity is imposed for normal human use, but all plans remain subject to reasonable fair use, technical capacity, security controls, third-party restrictions, and abuse prevention. You may not use bots, scripts, account sharing, parallel accounts, or other methods to bypass limits or generate excessive automated load.
We may temporarily throttle or restrict unusually intensive activity when reasonably necessary to protect platform stability, prevent abuse, manage third-party costs, or keep the Service available to other users.
4. Service License
Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, Videosly grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Service for lawful personal or commercial purposes permitted by your plan. You receive no ownership interest in the Service, software, models, templates, branding, or underlying technology.
5. User Content and Permissions
"User Content" includes prompts, scripts, URLs, images, videos, audio, voice recordings, faces, logos, brand assets, connected-account data, and other material you submit or direct the Service to process.
You retain your rights in User Content. You grant Videosly and its service providers a limited worldwide license to host, copy, transmit, modify, process, display, and create technical derivatives of User Content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, support, and improve the Service, comply with your instructions, or satisfy legal obligations.
You represent that you have all rights, notices, permissions, releases, and consents required to submit and use User Content. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing it.
6. AI Outputs and Commercial Use
To the extent Videosly has rights in AI-generated outputs created for you, Videosly grants you the right to use those outputs commercially under your purchased plan. This commercial license does not grant rights in third-party trademarks, copyrighted works, music, stock assets, faces, voices, or other material that you do not own or have permission to use.
AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, similar to outputs created for others, or ineligible for copyright protection in some jurisdictions. Videosly does not guarantee exclusivity, originality, legal clearance, platform approval, monetization, or any business result.
7. Faces, Voices, and Likenesses
You may use face swap, voice, avatar, or character features only when you have the legal right and all required consent to use the relevant person's image, voice, identity, and likeness. You must not create deceptive impersonations, non-consensual intimate content, fraudulent endorsements, or content that falsely suggests a real person said or did something.
You are responsible for any synthetic-media, AI-generated-content, advertising, endorsement, or disclosure labels required by law or by the platform where content is published.
8. Connected Platforms and Publishing
If you connect social-media or publishing accounts, you authorize the Service to access those accounts and perform the actions you request, such as uploading, scheduling, or publishing content. You remain responsible for every post, caption, claim, destination link, and campaign.
Your use of YouTube, Google, Meta, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other connected platforms is also governed by their terms, policies, API rules, and community standards. Videosly does not control account reviews, reach, monetization, removals, suspensions, or policy changes by those platforms.
You may disconnect an integration through the Service or the applicable third-party account settings. Disconnecting may stop scheduled publishing and related features.
9. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service to:
- violate any law, regulation, court order, or third-party right;
- create or distribute fraud, scams, phishing, malware, spam, or deceptive advertising;
- infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
- create non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual content involving minors, exploitative content, or unlawful harassment;
- mislead viewers about a real person's identity, endorsement, statements, or actions;
- circumvent safeguards, usage controls, platform limits, or access restrictions;
- reverse engineer, scrape, copy, resell, or commercially exploit the Service itself;
- interfere with security, availability, or normal operation of the Service; or
- use generated content for high-stakes medical, legal, financial, insurance, or safety decisions without qualified human review and legally required disclosures.
10. Payments and Refunds
Prices, taxes, plan entitlements, and payment terms are shown at checkout. Unless otherwise stated, fees are charged in the currency displayed and are due at purchase.
If your offer includes a 30-day money-back guarantee, you may request a refund within 30 calendar days of the original purchase by contacting support@videosly.ai. Refunds may be denied for fraud, abusive use, chargeback abuse, account resale, or material violation of these Terms, except where prohibited by law.
Outside an advertised guarantee, fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Filing an improper chargeback instead of contacting support may result in suspension while the payment dispute is investigated.
11. One-Time and Lifetime Access
A "one-time payment," "lifetime deal," or "lifetime access" means access for the commercial lifespan of the applicable Videosly product and plan. It does not mean the lifetime of the purchaser, an unconditional perpetual obligation, or guaranteed compatibility with every future device, operating system, AI provider, API, or social platform.
One-time access remains subject to these Terms, fair use, account standing, third-party availability, and any plan-specific limits. We may replace, modify, or retire a feature when reasonably necessary because of security, law, technology changes, third-party restrictions, excessive operating cost, or product evolution. Where reasonably practicable, we will provide advance notice of a material product discontinuation.
Nothing in this section removes any refund, warranty, or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Third-Party Services
The Service may depend on hosting providers, payment processors, AI model providers, media libraries, social networks, and APIs. Third parties may change prices, limits, policies, or availability. We are not responsible for third-party outages, account actions, policy enforcement, or discontinued integrations, but we may attempt to provide alternatives where commercially reasonable.
13. Availability and Changes
We may add, improve, modify, replace, restrict, or discontinue features. Beta and experimental features may be incomplete, unstable, or removed without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, fixed rendering times, permanent feature availability, or error-free output.
14. Suspension and Termination
We may investigate suspected abuse and may restrict, suspend, or terminate access for material violations of these Terms, non-payment, security threats, fraudulent activity, legal risk, or harm to the Service or other users. Where appropriate, we may provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue, but immediate action may be taken when reasonably necessary.
You may stop using the Service at any time. Account termination does not automatically entitle you to a refund except under an applicable guarantee or mandatory law.
15. Data and Account Closure
You are responsible for keeping copies of important User Content and finished videos. We may delete inactive, closed, or terminated accounts and associated content after a reasonable retention period, subject to legal, security, fraud-prevention, and backup requirements. See our Privacy Policy for more information.
16. Videosly Intellectual Property
The Service and all related software, interfaces, templates, designs, trademarks, documentation, and technology are owned by or licensed to Videosly and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create competing products from any protected part of the Service except where applicable law expressly permits.
17. Feedback
If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback, you grant Videosly a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use it without restriction or compensation, provided we do not publicly identify you without permission.
18. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or results.
Videosly does not provide legal, medical, financial, tax, advertising, or platform-compliance advice. You should obtain professional advice when appropriate.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Videosly and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunity, platform access, or reputation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability arising from the Service or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to Videosly for the applicable plan during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.
20. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Videosly and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and suppliers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your User Content, published content, connected accounts, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights.
21. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to any non-waivable consumer rights, disputes will be brought in the courts located in Ontario, Canada.
22. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Service, law, security, or business practices. We will post the revised version with a new effective date and, when required or reasonably appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
23. General Terms
These Terms and incorporated policies form the entire agreement regarding the Service. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets.
