2. No Guarantee of Platform Approval or Monetization

Videosly is not affiliated with or responsible for YouTube, Google, Meta, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, LinkedIn, or other third-party platforms. We do not guarantee that content will be approved, distributed, ranked, monetized, or remain available. Platform policies, algorithms, account decisions, and enforcement actions may change without notice.

3. Publishing and Automated Scheduling

Automated posting and scheduling features act on your instructions. You are responsible for confirming the correct account, date, time, caption, links, disclosures, and content before publication. Videosly is not responsible for publishing mistakes caused by incorrect settings, expired permissions, third-party outages, or platform restrictions.

4. Copyright, Trademarks, Music, and Licensing

You must have the necessary rights and permissions for all prompts, URLs, scripts, media, music, logos, trademarks, voices, faces, and other material you upload or direct Videosly to use. A Videosly commercial license does not clear third-party rights or guarantee that an output is copyrightable, exclusive, or free from infringement claims.

5. Faces, Voices, and Synthetic Media

Do not use another person's face, voice, identity, or likeness without lawful permission. You must not create deceptive impersonations, false endorsements, non-consensual intimate content, or misleading representations. You are responsible for any AI-generated, synthetic-media, sponsorship, testimonial, or endorsement disclosure required by law or platform policy.

6. Advertising and Commercial Claims

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, evidence, legality, and required disclosures for advertisements, testimonials, product claims, earnings claims, health claims, and other commercial messages. Videosly does not review or approve your claims.

7. Earnings and Business Results

Any examples of audience growth, engagement, client income, sales, savings, productivity, or monetization are illustrative only. Results vary based on market conditions, content quality, audience, offer, execution, platform policies, and many other factors. No earnings, traffic, ranking, subscriber, or business result is guaranteed.

8. Professional and High-Stakes Information

Videosly does not provide legal, medical, financial, tax, insurance, or other professional advice. AI content should not be used as a substitute for qualified professional judgment, especially where errors could affect health, safety, finances, rights, or legal obligations.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service may rely on third-party AI, hosting, payment, rendering, music, voice, and social-platform services. Videosly does not control their availability, output quality, prices, policies, or account actions and is not responsible for interruptions or changes outside our reasonable control.

10. Availability and Rendering

Rendering times are estimates and may vary based on project complexity, demand, internet conditions, plan priority, maintenance, and third-party capacity. No specific completion time or uninterrupted availability is guaranteed.

11. User Responsibility

Videosly may suspend accounts that violate its Terms or create legal, security, or operational risk.
