By using the Service, you acknowledge the practices described in this Policy. This Policy does not apply to third-party websites, social networks, AI providers, or services that have their own privacy policies.
This Policy applies to visitors, registered users, customers, and people who communicate with Videosly. If you use Videosly for a client or organization, that client or organization may separately control how its content and personal information are collected and used.
Payment processors may collect payment-card or financial information. Videosly typically receives transaction identifiers, purchase details, billing status, and limited payment metadata rather than full card numbers.
When you connect a third-party platform, we may receive account identifiers, profile or channel information, OAuth access tokens, permissions, publishing status, and data needed to perform the actions you request.
We collect information directly from you, automatically through the Service, from payment and authentication providers, from platforms you connect, and from service providers that help us operate, secure, analyze, or support the Service.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on one or more of the following: performance of a contract, your consent, compliance with legal obligations, and our legitimate interests in operating, securing, supporting, and improving the Service. You may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, subject to legal and contractual limits.
We process User Content to provide the features you request. This may include sending prompts, scripts, URLs, images, videos, audio, faces, or voices to hosting, rendering, speech, transcription, image, video, or generative-AI providers.
Faces and voices may be sensitive personal information. Upload them only when you have the right and required consent to do so. Videosly uses this information to provide requested creative features and does not use connected face or voice content to identify people or create a biometric identity database unless we clearly disclose that separate purpose and obtain any consent required by law.
We may use de-identified or aggregated service data to analyze performance and improve the Service. Our use of identifiable User Content for model training, if any, will be governed by applicable settings, notices, provider terms, and law.
Videosly may integrate with YouTube, Google, Meta, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other services. We access and use connected-account data only to provide or improve user-facing features you request, maintain security, comply with law, and support the integration.
Google and YouTube API data is handled in accordance with applicable Google API Services User Data Policy and YouTube API Services policies. We do not sell connected Google user data or use it for personalized advertising.
You can revoke access through your Videosly account, the applicable platform's security settings, or, for Google accounts, Google's third-party access controls. Revoking access may disable publishing, analytics, or scheduling features. You may also request deletion by contacting us.
We send transactional messages needed to operate your account, such as receipts, security notices, service updates, and support replies.
We send promotional or commercial electronic messages only where permitted by applicable law, including Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation. Such messages will identify the sender and include a working unsubscribe mechanism. You may unsubscribe through the link in the message or by contacting support@videosly.ai. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop necessary transactional communications.
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing the Service, maintaining security, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, preventing fraud, meeting backup cycles, and satisfying tax, accounting, and legal obligations.
Retention periods vary by data type and account status. You may request account or personal-information deletion, but we may retain limited information where required by law or necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or enforcement.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including access controls and measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data. No system is completely secure. If a privacy breach creates a legal notification obligation, we will notify affected individuals and regulators as required.
Videosly and its service providers may process information in Canada, the United States, and other countries. Information may therefore be subject to the laws and lawful access requests of those jurisdictions. Where required, we use appropriate contractual or other safeguards for international transfers.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection, and to withdraw consent or complain to a privacy regulator. Rights are subject to legal exceptions.
To make a request, email support@videosly.ai with the subject "Privacy Request." We may verify your identity before acting. You may also request information about our use of service providers and cross-border processing.
The Service is intended for adults and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from minors. If you believe a minor has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in the Service, law, or data practices. We will post the revised Policy with a new date and provide additional notice when required or reasonably appropriate.
